Guest Do’s for their comfortable stay at our hotel

1. Do cooperate with hotel staff for carrying out COVID-19 protocol for safety of all.
2. Do always wear a face mask while in hotel premises (optional while inside the room).
3. Do sanitize your hands each time on arrival at the reception counter.
4. Do download the Aarogya Setu App on your mobile compulsorily.
5. Do always keep a safe distance of 6' from other guests as well as from hotel staff particularly during room service or room cleaning.
6. Guests are encouraged to minimize use of housekeeping services.
7. Do avoid touching stairs, railing, door panels & handles.
8. Do sit diagonally opposite just two persons to a table in the dining room.
9. Do seek help from reception in case of any medical issues Corona related or otherwise. They are fully equipped to deal with such issues.
10. Do always use stairs while going up or coming down from the room.

Guest Don’ts for precautions against COVID-19

1. Don't use lift to avoid touching multi-touched surfaces.
2. Don't serve yourself from a buffet layout, let hotel staffs serve you.
3. Don't sit more than two to a table in a restaurant.
4. Don't order food from outside, this increases footfalls of unknown people in hotel premises.
5. Don't invite anyone to your room for a meeting or social gathering.
6. Don't call Cab drivers to room, deal with them through reception.
7. Don't hesitate to contact the managerial staff, they are always available to extend any kind of help that you may need.
